Extraco has been my bank for over 20 yrs. When they rolled out this app I was a little leary about using it. I'm old school.. I prefer talking on the phone. Once I learned it, it became my lifeline to my money, not that I have a lot of it😁, but I can save time and deposit a check mobily and see when there's a charge I didn't authorize. I also like that I can monitor my business account more closely and it's easier to track my expenses especially at tax time.

No issues so far. Most of the time it shows transactions almost instantly. Works well with every phone I've had so far and even on my iPad. Allows me to transfer whenever I need to and even ask questions. Altho out of the 5 times I've asked on the (inquiry option) I've never received a response. The "live chat" isn't live until you go through the automated service first. Other than that no issues 4.7 out of 5 stars.

I've been banking here since January. I've already had my account deactivated twice without warning or penalties. In addition, the app is completely inaccurate. The app doesn't hold fuel purchases properly, and constantly drops other purchases making it seem that you have more money than you do. That's sus at best, and a con at its worse. If you forget that you purchased fuel 3 days ago, and assume it came out, for most people that's and Trans fee you owe straight to the bank for overdraft.
