The interface is awkward, but there is some nice new functionality. There are some issues with mobile deposit being unintentionally disabled for some customers on the backend. So far this feels less like an upgrade from the old app than a lateral move. It's serviceable though, and I suspect that given enough time I will become accustomed to it and maybe even like it. Until then, at least there's nothing glaringly bad or missing.

5/13/2021 Works fine for me. Easy enough to setup (though I don't like having to change my password). Runs just as fast as old app, and I'm on a cheap prepaid Samsung. It's similar to the interface of other banks and credit unions, ... and while not perfect, does what it's advertised to do. 6/25/2021 When trying to make a mobile deposit, it will crop the images and then error referring you to steps to take better pics. Um, I'm not the problem here. (Note, original review truncated for brevity.)

I've been banking here since January. I've already had my account deactivated twice without warning or penalties. In addition, the app is completely inaccurate. The app doesn't hold fuel purchases properly, and constantly drops other purchases making it seem that you have more money than you do. That's sus at best, and a con at its worse. If you forget that you purchased fuel 3 days ago, and assume it came out, for most people that's and Trans fee you owe straight to the bank for overdraft.
