what is this!?!? app doesn't work, expired login, OTP never get send and error message!! very inconvenient and not what I expected... not only i had lost the use of my remaining vouchers, I have to pay full amount... wasted my time trying to resolve the issue PLUS why is your customer hotline in Chinese, u guys running a scam line?? just got bought over and this is the standard nw? "There’s no reason for customers to switch brands… Same brand, same vouchers, loyalty points valid..." BS...

most lousy app ever , my previous 2 weeks using this app , 70% of the time app having problem , no internet connection , unable to load at all. update , reinstall restarting does not work , just gonna switch to others as i do not want to fidget with the app issue every time at esso.

app hasnt been working for 2 weeks. got forced logged out. tried logging in but OTP never comes. called customer service, they mention will call me back by end of the day. 3 days passed, nobody called back and I still cant login.
