Ok App and Card I've used the card and this app for a few months now. I got the card with a camera purchase. It's pretty handy and easy to use if you're shooting in jpeg. Update 9/6/16, I've been using this card now for 1 year. It's handy for sharing jpegs when you're out with family or friends and need to share.
Needs a little more work still For instance I have it installed on my phone and 2 laptops which makes it very convenient. However if I install onto a new machine, it tries to re download 4500+ photos to it. It would be nice and relatively simple to add a permanent menu option for downloading from a date. I sent an email out a few weeks ago regarding this.
Eye-fi to Keenai I now have over four years with this app and its companion products, WiFi SD cards and WiFi cameras. It is as good as it gets. If all you want is unlimited cloud backup...Keenai is a very competitive deal. Google also offers unlimited storage, but at the cost of compressing your pictures into smaller files. Keenai keeps your original, RAW and JPEG at the sane time. If your considering this app, then you want wireless photo transfer. Once you've used it, you will wonder how you ever lived without it!
Memory Card I like the capability of being able to send pictures from my camera to someone else over wifi.
Really blown away! Great functions! so far had the mobi card a week and really are surprised at the capabilities. Breathed new life in our Sony DSC-Hx200v!!! Highly recommended! Suggestions for the software: 1. we need a way to force a refresh on the android app with the eye-fi mobi/camera sitting right next to the phone. We can have new photos on the camera and the android app may or may not refresh. We need a definite way to show a refresh function in the android app. 2. What happens if we have 2 android phones shared onto a single card/camera? I noticed that it will download to one phone and not copy them to the other. thereby only sending a single photo to either phone but not both. I would like to have a switch in the keenai app to disable downloading (like an airplane mode just for the app) So i can decide which phone it will download to. especially handy if we enable the download mode and for a refresh mentioned in question 1. 3. For the PC app is it possible to have a desktop pc hardwired into a wireless router use your keenai desktop transfer software?
More flexibility please RAW files don't appear to be Geotagged after wireless transfer. I'd also like to delete photos directly from my device without having to move and subsequently empty the trash folder on the Keenai App. Any deletions from the device would then be synced and files removed from the cloud.
Fixed a library issue causing excess memory consumption
Fixed a number of rare crashes
Added field for Line app requested and would crash without it when sharing videos.
Fixed a video sharing error when the video wasn't local to the device but was only stored on the server.
