Welcome to Eysing Connect. Get even more fun with your Eysing e-moped by installing this app. This gives you insight into your usage data and the current location of your Eysing e-moped anytime and anywhere. You can also easily make arrangements for service and maintenance with us. In the unlikely event that your Eysing e-moped goes missing, Eysing Connect will assist you in filing a report. If we detect a possible accident, you can choose to have a contact person informed by Eysing Connet about your real-time location. The functionalities of Eysing Connect will be expanded regularly. Therefore, check regularly that you are still using the most recent version so that you do not miss anything.
Below is a selection of the other functionalities of Eysing Connect:
• Registration of your unique codes of your Eysing e-moped and possibility to add photos to facilitate possible detection after missing.
• Set geographic areas and receive a notification if your Eysing e-moped is outside this area.
• Set favorite locations and view your ride history to use for tax administration.
• Digital maintenance booklet for your Eysing e-moped with the option to make appointments for a service or maintenance from the app.
• Automatic notification if the mileage or the period for a recommended service or maintenance has expired.
• Ability to share (real-time) information selected by you with a friend.
• Information about the status of your battery pack and your current range estimate based on your historical driving behavior.
• Possible financial benefits by allowing your insurance company to access information about your Eysing e-moped from the app.
• If desired, the possibility of direct communication with Eysing about offers from insurers, new accessories, new upcoming e-moped models from Eysing, and other information from Eysing that you may find interesting.
When installing the app, permission is asked to use the location of your Eysing e-moped. Almost all functions of the app need this location to be able to provide you with the correct information and analysis. You can always withdraw the consent you have given. Eysing will never provide your current or historical location data to third parties, unless stated otherwise in our privacy policy.
The anonymized location data of your Eysing e-moped can be used to contact beacons. Beacons are being used at more and more shops, stations, airports and events. The app only uses the contact with the beacons to show nearby Eysing dealers or service points, or in the event of a missing person to inform your insurer or the police about the location of your Eysing e-moped. This only after your explicit consent.
As an introduction, Eysing Connect is available free of charge during the first year after delivery of your Eysing e-moped. You must create an account for this and share some personal data with us and agree to our privacy statement. You can use the app after you also agree with the disclaimer that also applies to our website.
