Out of touch with 21st century App provides basix static information and just links to existing websites. Need more integration with photo/video smarthome functionality. Apps is not intuitive. Needs to be designed with the end user in mind and not by police people.
I'm shocked I downloaded this app assuming that a silent messaging feature to 911 would be included... I guess it's not there yet. Extremely important for shooter/homicide situations and the potential victim is trying to hide while silently getting help.

The "Communication Safety Alerts" have grammatical errors and aren't composed in a professional way! For example, in the latest alert it says "Para PamAm" and then near the end it uses the correct name "Parapan Am." And also, in the same alert, it had "York University" in brackets AFTER the period of the previous sentence. I believe these official messages from the Toronto Police Service should be formally formatted and grammatically checked to be correct. Good luck on improving the app!
Very unimpressed. I'm not receiving any public safety notices. Compliments will take you directly to Toronto Police Services but Complaints takes you to a webpage offsite that has nothing to do with TPS.
A good start Lots of room to grow but a good beginning. It will be interesting to see where it leads with some user feedback.
- minor fixes.
