Der Aufzeichungsvorgang, bzw. der Umgang vom Start der App bis zur Auswahl von Fahrer und Fahrzeug, ist komplett über NFC-Chips automatisiert. Dadurch wird einerseits die Rechtssicherheit des Nachweises herbeigeführt und auch Smartphone-ungeübten Nutzern das Handling erleichtert.
Während des Erfassungsvorgangs können Zusatzinformationen mittels Photos, Videos und Sprachaufnahme mit GPS-Koordinaten versehen gespeichert werden, beim Übertrag der Tour an den Server verschickt das System automatisch den Vorgang an beliebige Mail-Adressen.
Straßen können wegen parkender Autos nicht geräumt werden, ein Griff zum Smartphone genügt, ein Photo gemacht und der Vorgang wird mit Datum, Uhrzeit, Fahrer, Fahrzeug, Bild und GPS-Koordinaten gespeichert und verschickt.
Der "Straßenkontroll-Modus nutzt dieser Funktion um einfach und schnell Schäden zu dokumentieren.
Aufgenommene Mängel ordnet das Programm eigenständig der aufgezeichneten Tour und der Straße zu und übermittelt die Daten eigenständig ins Büro.
So werden alle durchfahrenen Straßen, bei denen kein Mangel gespeichert wird als kontrolliert gekennzeichnet und die komplette Tour mit allen nachweispflichtigen Informationen festgehalten, ohne dabei einen größeren Aufwand zu erzeugen.
Mit der App lässt sich auch unabhängig von Fahrzeugeinsätzen die Arbeit von "Fußtrupps" nachweisen.
Es gibt sowohl in der App als auch im Web-Portal die Möglichkeit externe Dienstleister mit in den Nachweis einzubinden, bzw. die Leistung gesondert für eine Abrechnung zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Zubehör und Ausbau
Die App ist alleinstehend, ohne weiteres Zubehör im Fahrzeug nutzbar, kann aber um eingebaute GPS-Boxen und Sensoren für Räumschild und Streuer ergänzt werden.
