Ezkirana - Manage Restaurant Supplies

EZKIRANA makes it super easy to prepare long purchase lists of restaurants in minutes and share it with suppliers. All you need to do is to select suggested items if it suits your needs or from the full item list. The app not only suggests items, but also quantity of each and every item.
The more lists you prepare on the app, suggestions become more personalized to your business and you will spend lesser and lesser time to prepare purchase lists. The app also allows you to duplicate any previous order and make changes to it before sending to your supplier.

The app has 2 sections
I. Where EZKIRANA is also your supplier. We take care of order processing and delivery to your doorstep.
II. Where you can prepare, share and analyse purchase lists for all your other suppliers. Supplier rates would not be shown in this section.
The EZKIRANA app offers a volume-based pricing just like real wholesale market. If you order more, per unit rates will go down.
EZKIRANA app has an Analytics section with complete details of all your orders – EZKIRANA or other suppliers. This section will help you to analyse your spend by checking the trend of category spend across orders.
This analytics feature is provided even at product-level. You can check past-ordered quantities and date of order for any product ever ordered. This will be shown while you change quantity of any product.
EZKIRANA is also a Multi-user app. You can add as many as 4 team members in your registered business. All these users can collaborate to make a final purchase list. They can also see complete history, analytics and all other sections.
We aim to make the entire procurement process of restaurants scientific. Join the community of smart restaurant owners and use EZKIRANA to have complete control over your purchase process.

App Sections
Profile Section – This is where you can store your Business Details, Team Members, Delivery addresses, Profile pic. You can also check all your Previous Orders (or lists), Master Lists and Autosaved lists. You can also invite Team Members from this section.
Live List – This is the main page of the app. All team members of a business can work on one and only one Live List (Creator name and Created Time are part of its name). If a Master List, Previous Order, Autosaved List or a Fresh List is copied in the Live List, existing Live moves to Autosaved List section which acts a backup of Lists.
Product List – The entire product list can be accesses by clicking on the “+” icon in the Live List. It shows all the products, category and sub-category-wise. You can even search your product in this section. Any item added (by ticking) in this section moves to Live List on clicking “Done”.
Analytics Section – This shows category-wise value breakup of all EZkirana orders. You can also enter other supplier invoice’s image and value here to show analytics on those purchase orders
