Terrible experience How can a bank be so careless that they deactivate a working netsecure system and introduce a non functional and untested system?? And customer care is pathetic. I will surely complain to Rbi the unprofessional manner they enforced this system on us. People responsible lack basic common sense also
Axis Bank is a Looter Bank This app is meant for NRI and not for the domestic customers. Domestic customers have to buy one touch device after making the payment of rs 1000. This bank is looting its customers because SBI provides this facility i.e 2 d security using mobile app SBI Secure OTP free of cost to everyone without carrying out any discrimination among customers.
SOS..Please Help!! The token,which was active earlier is deactivated now due to some reason. Trying to activate it again but unable to receive the code to my registered mail id. Tried calling emergency and other contacts on debit card but to waste time and money. Ia m in Algeria and can't visit the branch. Netsecure team,please help!!!
Registration glitches - Solved finally! I had the same issues as most others. After haggling with customer service many times (talking and even sending them detail emails with screenshots), finally found the cause of my problem. In my case the auto-generated SMS message was not going because I was using Google Hangouts as my default SMS app. Once I changed it to the built-in SMS app, the auto-generated SMS successfully completed and thankfully my Registration was completed (after many days). Hope this helps all those with same problem.
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME Why even include a service that is so confusing and useless that you need to give several teaching sessions, few followups to get to the system and then also u don't even know if this will work. Useless. Try to keep things simple. Overcomplicate it and make it useless.
Worst app Axis bank account is unnecessary security issues. It is very hard to nri to operate their accounts. Shame on you guys. Try to understand the situations those who stay outside india and create ui accordingly. Have a good testing team
