Totally fraud nd thief airline. I have booked a ticket but i am suffering from contagious disease due to it i am unable to travel in flight. Ideally my ticket money should be refund. In phonic conversation they asked for my medical certificate i had already mailed it. But after they didnt reply to my mail what can i do i dont know but i will never travel to this airline nd i suggest everbody not to travel with this fraud airline
Most pathetic app ever used.. Tried to book ticket for one person from Bangalore to Port Blair and return. When I was clicking book now "loading" came and returned to same page. Thinking some issue I clicked again and again on book now. Still no luck. Later got to know from go air customer care that more than 30 times PNR got generated in my name got same trip.. and the prices went high for my friends who were trying to book same flight.. they had to pay 1.5k more got same ticket for same flight same days.. this is very very bad experience I have ever had.. I will never choose go air again..
3rd class airline and 3rd class service, they damaged my luggage and then not even got my refund till now. If call on given number they talk rubbish always. Don't know how are they came in market to provide service. Very disappointed with 3rd class ridiculous service and staff.
What a crap app! Cannot manage a booking or confirm a booking. Have to go to the website for that. Please check your competitor's apps. Rotten experience.
