This is 3rd class flight service. Booked flight with Go First, but at last moment they canceled flight. Now, I am unable to book any other flight with same amount. Also, unable to get my refund back. This is really frustrating. I am trying from long time today to connect with them, but their customer service also sucks.

I have booked this Kolkata - Port Blair flight with return ticket in discount from your website. Now I got a call from clear trip mentioning that there was glitch in system while booking this ticket and the price was too low. Clear trip is asking me for extra amount for almost 13k for the booking. Whose fault is this? Who is responsible for the glitch in the system? It took you 23 days to realise that there was a glitch!!!!! Who will bear the loss of YOUR mistake?

My flight was canceled, and no option to change time or back money. The same flight is still on sale, but at a higher price. Very good business! Wdf GoFirst, u just cancelled my flight( Bengaluru to Goa) due to operational reasons. Now, i want a full refund but the app which i used to book the ticket only allows refunding Rs.346 ( full payment is 1.6K) for Tomorrow's morning(May 3) . Also I can't reschedule or modify my booking. Worst Experience. Reply ASAP
