Worst app. If you have booked through another travel website then you are out of luck. This app or the go air website doesn't allow you to add the reservation to your profile. You can't even view your reservation through the app since it's gets stuck at the nationality screen which continually throws your error. The customer service number is hopeless they don't assist you properly.

From last 2 months could not book ticket from your app as the currency is showing in GBP. Even tried tapping on drop-down button to change currency but of no vail. Finally have to book from third party like Make My Trip or Akbar Travles. Also tried a lot of times to uninstall and reinstall the app. Kindly look into it at urgent basis, else you all are going to loose a lot of your valuable customers.

You have made up your mind that you wouldnt improve anything in your app, right!!! Im updating my review for the 3rd time. My God. Horrible app. I cant add bookings made for their flights from other website into My bookings part or check-in. You guys seem to be least bothered to change your app or improve it. I still can't find an option to add my bookings. Horrible user experience. The worst app I can say in travel industry
