Worst experience i've ever had. Lots of bugs.. i have been having trouble whole using balance transfers and top ups..once i top up Rs.1000 to my network but it wasnt succesful for 3 times. But finally it was succesful and surprisingly all previous transactions were succeded at once. Now they took Rs.3000 from my statement. I called customer service and they said its non refundable after its top up. I didnt wanted to top up 3k in a single device at once.

The new update has a lot of bugs. I am asked to set the security questions every time I log in even though I have set it up already (multiple times). Also, the email verification email went to my spam folder that made me think the email wasn't being sent, and even after verifying the email, the UI in the app still says unverified and shows an error if I try to click the "Send Verification Email" button.

If we can only generate statement for 30 days then there should be just one date selector or make the other one optional. it's annoying when it says range cannot be more than 30 days and then it resets both date selector. We then have to again go back and select both dates while making sure it doesn't exceed 30 days.
