I had an urgent payment to make, and this app completely let me down. It kept loading endlessly, causing unnecessary stress and delay. My internet connection was perfectly fine — I even checked the speed to confirm. Clearly, the issue was with the app itself. It's extremely frustrating that it failed to work when I needed it the most. Very disappointing experience.

Esewa used to be a really good and trusted app before but now it’s full of problems. Transactions don’t go smoothly anymore and every time I try to make a payment some kind of error pops up. I even registered my problem with Esewa customer care but nothing ever gets fixed even after months. Honestly I’ve lost my trust in Esewa and I even feel scared to buy anything online now thinking the payment might fail or get stuck.

I got a problem in transition pending. When I try to transfer the amount to the global IME Bank's account. I also raised a ticket, but no solution, it's 2 days since it happened. Really disappointing esewa, I read the reviews now maximum people are also rising with this same problem. Esewa solve it quickly. I am a student far from my home and my money got stuck there, that's really problematic. And not a featurable option....
