Login keeps failing with a "session expired" error even right after entering correct credentials. Sometimes it lets me in after 4-5 tries, other times it just loops back to the login screen. Really frustrating when I just need to check my balance quickly. Please fix this, it's been going on for weeks now.

I am a regular customer of NIMB Bank and recently I faced a serious problem where the mobile banking service was completely down, and I was unable to make QR payments despite trying many times, which caused me a lot of inconvenience because I depend on it for my daily transactions, and what made it worse was that the bank did not provide any prior notice or information about the issue, due to which I had to face unnecessary trouble and confusion while making important payments today.
