I'm trying to login the app from the morning , it's been around 2 hrs but I'm still unable to login. what this happens in emergency sutuation while purchasing or paying bills? please fix such problems

App is smooth and serves multi purpose. I can carry all my banking work conveniently without any hassle. Overall experience is good. The only problem is that sometimes it got hang when used more .

I like nic Asia Bank. but service charge is too much. SMS charge,mobile banking change,renew change etc. it's your mobile banking app. you earn profit from app. you should give free mobile banking. like a foreign country.thank you.
