This is the worst banking app that I have ever used. Everytime when I am trying to carry out the bank transfer, there is this message - Error Processing Request. It has been since the day I installed the app and I regularly update it. Also there is issue in esewa transfer. Cannot select account. Have the app properly tested before uploading in play store.

I have been using the Digital Sansar app for a while, but recently it has stopped working properly. It gets stuck on the splash screen and doesn’t load beyond that. My internet connection is stable (using Wi-Fi), and I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, restarting the phone, and even reinstalling the app — but nothing seems to fix the issue. As a customer, this is frustrating, especially when I rely on the app for daily banking needs. I hope the technical team looks

What is the point of deducting balance once the app throws an error regarding failure in transaction? I tried to transfer money to another account. Two times it didn't succeed (application showed message regarding unsuccessful transaction). few hours later I got SMS regarding the successful transaction and bank debited balance twice. Most irritating thing is neither the recipient got money nor me. Now I will have to go to bank to resolve the issue. I am never going to use this software again!!!
