It's good to see banks shy away from f1 soft template design. But you guys need to work on refining the UI and UX. Personally, I don't like the choice of font. Looks dated. Edit: It's annoying to click to go to login page. And Register/Activate is something you only do once, could you please not give emphasis to Register and have us directly input Login details after the splash screen. And could you please make the login compatible with google's password save? It's annoying to type it.

The app fails to send sms to verify my login when I'm abroad on roaming. even the whole sms banking doesn't work due to this huge bug. Update: this issue is applicable to whole f1soft banking/wallet apps, even with esewa. Never had such issue with global ime mobile banking who are not associated with f1soft

Very very bad app. I wanted to transfer some cash and they said to reinstall as I couldn't transfer the cash the first time. Next, I tried 2-3 times to login with the wrong password, now the whole thing is blocked...what kind of app is this? Why should they block even if I try the password 1000 times....i have to go to the branch now. IT SCUKS!!
