Ratings and reviews

Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

The FAB application is frustrating to use, especially when trying to apply for a supplementary card. The scanning process doesn't work properly, making online application impossible. This needs urgent improvement for a smoother user experience.and really poor customer service over the phone

I tried using the FAB app, but unfortunately, my account has not been created yet. I received no response and no action has been taken on my application. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but the lines were always busy, and no solution was provided. After this delay and lack of resolution, I have decided not to use this app anymore. I hope the bank improves the app’s performance and customer service soon.
