Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

If you're new and joining this bank please reconsider. the bank ignores customers. the agents know they are wrong but will still not do anything to resolve issues. The app will block you from paying credit cards earlier if you want to avoid fees. Their staff lie to customers so if you're new or trying to get any products from this bank, the experience is not worth what they are promoting.

I sent 3,000 AED to my own account and 817 AED to my friend's account in March 2024, but FAB recall these both payments without telling me, and now my 3,817 AED got stuck from last 12 months and still no hope to solve this issue, I lost my 3,817 AED, very bad experience. I will edit my review if my issue is resolved, No one is here to help. I'm very disappointed.

What’s new

In this release:
• Now, manage all your credit card installment payment plans – Quick Cash, Balance Transfer, Easy Payment Plans - on the app. Check outstanding balances, view upcoming payments and even close plans early, without having to call our support team.
