Ratings and reviews

At loss of words to express how dismal it is. Getting a full day schedule for a particular line and station is impossible and/or incredibly onerous. Unless you fit one of their standard travelers' profiles, this app is USELESS. Interestingly, the response to my post was in French, asking for more details... Anyhow, I needed to download the FULL DAILY schedule at a given station. Pretty much impossible in the app... RER B, Luxembourg. I just realized that it's hidden under "Departures at"...

Better experience on a IOS than Android during our most recent trip to Paris in Mar2026. On IOS it uses Apple Pay, white on Android, had to enter the credit card payment everytime a ticket needs to be purchased. PS: Instead of buying several tickets at different price points, why not allow user to load set amount like 10 Euros, and as user rides the bus or subway, it'll just deduct the cost.

Got a navigo 1 day ticket. Tried to buy another the next day and was not able. Any attempt to buy a new pass fails with a message that the payment request was not successful. There is no option to select a new payment method. Tried signing out, reinstalling, clearing cache and data, nothing worked. Will be resorting to a physical card for the remainder of my stay.
