Highly NOT recommended to use this platform. After OYOs poor experience, another worst service experience from FabHotels. The customer service is immensely poor, and they don't provide any resolution. You ask for a change if the property is bad, they loot you by offering upgrade, which might again turn bad (i have experienced it). Hence refrain booking FabHotels and go for other trusted platform.

Highly disappointed, I had a booking on 12th and they say the free cancelation till 11th and asked to pay 10% as guarantee now due to some issues I canceled booking on 8th. Although the free cancelation was till 11th. Now when I called them for refund they initially said no refund but when I started recording the call they said will initiate refund but still no action from their side. I recommend be aware of such scam app and website. If this is not taken action I'm complaining to consumer court

Wonderful app, Not only were the rates of the rooms perfect, but when needed to cancel a booking, they were on top of it and made it happen very quickly, made sure got the refund also.
