It has a bad user interface, and it's missing features (like tagging pages in comments and saving photos from comments). It also keeps losing my posts, comments and likes in progress by hopping out of edit windows or updating the feed randomly. It's much better just to use your Internet app and log on as if you were on your computer. Sept 2016 edit: after so many updates, it's still missing basic functionality. May 2025 update: they've come far. The app works great.

Since customer support doesn't exist, maybe just maybe this will get noticed. I keep getting shown one video over and over again. A dozen times, I have gone through the steps of "not interested" then "hide video." It kept showing, so I blocked the page thinking, surely it'll stop coming up now, but it still shows up all over my reels. When I go to the page, it doesn't show me the page, so it's still blocked and thus not mirror/bot accounts. How do I get rid of this video???

only some videos can be muted, and that is never an option if you're playing music from an app that you pay for. I have some other issues as far as how complicated the navigation of the mobile app is. two stars for variety of content. I left a bad review and suddenly nothing wants to load even though my signal strength, both wifi and mobile data, are perfectly adequate. Suspicious.
