I'm not happy with the recent features of Facebook, which has made. I want facebook to allow back the old feature where we can upload video clips in profiles for at least 30 seconds and gif images, too. Plz don't make facebook boring. Also, I want the lock profile feature to be removed completely because facebook is a social platform, and everyone should be able to view information, for example, their like pages, groups they follow so everyone gets an idea about the person.

Worst customer support I've ever experienced. I pay for verified to receive enhanced support. However, after their system returned an error twice, I've been timed out of asking for enhanced support, even though I never spoke to anyone. The initial problem was that my business profile was suspended from recommendation erroneously by their horrible automated AI moderating. no idea what it saw, but even Meta told me it was an error. still no resolution. been a week so far.

Too many updates, everytime I turn around there is another update. I don't need to update that often. Also even though I turned off the notification for updates it still does. VERY ANNOYING!!!! Plus my feed is now 90% ads instead of the actual pages or people I follow. I would add that even though I block an unwanted ad it doesn't stay blocked UPDATE app has suddenly decided to glitch everytime I try to read a comment or watch a video. Just updated the app so this is a result of that
