Stored my photos & was enjoying using this app & out of nowhere, I cannot find them. I cannot even get on here & look. The only way I was able to send this is by going to where it is installed on my playstore; to access & notify you. Not happy at all. Please help resolve issue. Love it.. Without fb syncing my pics and saving them on the moments app I would have lost all the pics of my daughter t that passed away a few yrs ago and her dad passed away almost 2 yrs ago now and thanks to the mom moments app I still have the pics that really mean allot to me!! I've had this app for ages with no problems. However, today it asked if I wanted to group my pics into albums via a notification. I said yes. It then proceeded to send pretty much every picture I've ever taken to loads of Facebook friends. These pictures included pictures from what's app that had synced to moments and also pics I thought I'd long deleted. Very stressful and embarrassing.
I loved this app when I first started using it. Now I can't share between my phone and my husband's. I don't know what the hell went wrong but it really sucks!!! This was the best way to share multiple photos at one time rather than having to send each one individually!!! Please fix the issues with this app or I will discontinue it's use!!!
Not sure what good this app is... I have thousands of pics I can't access. I messaged the company months ago, but never heard a word back. Will you fix? Will you communicate with myself and all the other people who seem to have the same problem?
Love that it has most of my photos from over the years but when the "synced photos" on Facebook changed to moments I did lose a lot of my cherished photos because they didn't transfer over that was a huge problem I have. I say have because I contacted Facebook support and addressed this issue and still haven't received any sort of response.
