Two things. I hit the video call button by mistake and couldn't hang up for several seconds leading to a very awkward conversation with a friend I had no intention of calling. You need to make it easier to hang up. Secondly, inside the app, I tried to give feedback after the above happened and ended up reporting my friend by mistake because your instructions are misleading and there was no actual way to leave feedback.

App sends me notifications that I have a message, but when I go on to see it, the chat won't load up at all. This app has become completely redundant as there's no point getting notifications and seeing the start of a message but can't open and see the full chat. If there was a way to give zero 🌟 I would. Ridiculous app and management by creators

I'll get notifications with no names, click on them and will find it's someone I've been speaking to the whole day. Sometimes opening the notification freezes my phone and requires a restart before I can do anything, or just doesn't open the chat at all. Also if I'm sending something using the bubble icon for a chat, it sometimes won't send my messages until I close it, go to the app itself, and click on the recipient. Please fix these bugs!
