Much as I'd love to say this app is great, it really isn't. Beyond useless is a good way to describe it. Constantly crashes on my phone, even after mutiple re-installs, and pretty much unuseable on my Chromebook, due to it's fixed size (either phone or table sizing, both of which are useless). Easier to just update Facebook and Instgram manually, sort of negating the need for this app. Perhaps if Meta looked into these issues with Chromebooks, a lot of the reviews wouldn't slate it so badly.

Facebook is making me use this app because it made my business profile picture disappear that was linked over to my personal profile. I am no longer able to switch back and forth between the two but I can still view my business page but can't post or edit on it. This app won't upload your pics to post, it just spins in a circle and when you try to delete a post it does not work. I have to go to my desktop to do anything now and it is a big inconvience. This app is useless and needs to be fixed.

There are so many poor features in this app. Mostly it's that the interface is not user-friendly; it does not communicate well or contextually the most valuable information. Much like any administrative dashboard, one should be able to customize it to their businesses needs rather than the app trying to guess what you want. Also, the notifications reference data that does not go by the same name in the app. And I often get notices of messages I've already read and even some I've responded to.
