Great idea, utterly full of bugs and most annoyingly breaks messaging. Scheduling doesn't work properly - try to make stories/posts, and it has such limited functionality or broken issues it's often unusable. Try to put text on an image for a story? Forget it. Text just stays in the middle and is uneditable. Also, without fail, whenever a message is read on Meta Business Suite, that message is not visible on Instagram and neither are any messages sent back or forth after that. So broken :-(

I hate using this app, it's slow, has delays with notifications and that's critical when running a business. It's buggisg as heck. Even more so on the phone, not that the desktop version is doing a good job at that either. Bugs with notifications mess up so much and don't get me started on lack of options and archaic way of creating posts. It's making my job so much harder than it actually is or needs to be. Really disappointing.

The app itself is OK. I used it frequently to schedule reels and posts to my business pages and despite many times I'd have to try to schedule 3-4 times before it finally did, I'm now unable to schedule reels at all. I can schedule every other type of post except reels, which apparently now needs to be done on desktop. Not all of us have access to that. Don't fix what isn't broken. This is incredibly frustrating as a small business owner with so many different platforms to manage.
