*Faulty for $400? No thx, retured.* I wish I had read recent reviews before purchasing. I've been trying to install the initial updates to start using the meta app n I keep getting this error message that my phone can't connect to the temp wifi. Terrible 1st impression. I did everything suggested and it won't work. "Can't Complete Update Your phone can't connect to the temporary Wi-Fi network your glasses use for things that require a faster connection. Restart your glasses, then try again."

Hello there! We understand that you had some issues with your glasses. We suggest you to try a couple of troubleshooting steps: Force restart: Press and hold the capture button then slide the power switch on. Keep holding the capture button until the LED turns on.
