Utter trash. It keeps sending notifications about keeping the app on, it keeps demanding to not restrict battery usage as if it wants to spy on everything, and the glasses won't stop beeping if you turn off audio and calling features via Bluetooth settings. I just want to take pictures and videos. This app is way worse than it should be. It's like they are putting an effort to make themselves more hated and untrustworthy.

All of a sudden my app keeps crashing the past few days and my glasses sem to be losing battery life quickly out of nowhere. I'm attributing it to happening about the same time. Haven't had problems till now. I did what was suggested. Still getting low battery life and metaview app still crashing and closing. MY glasses are a few months old and shouldn't be having these issues. Also Spotify keeps playing when tap play is turned off in app.

Hey Lisa! We'd love to help out with that Meta View app! To start, we recommend making sure the glasses are charged to at least 20% capacity, location services are enabled (if using an Android OS), then uninstalling/reinstalling the Meta View app from your phone. If you're still running into this, contact our support on the official Meta website!

Won't update, I just got the glasses today and every time I try to get the app set up it says we ran into a system error, I hit update and about halfway through it says system error. Everytime I try to restart the update the same message keep popping up and still haven't been able to update or even use the glasses yet. I've tried a factory reset, tried deleting app and reinstalling it, restarting my phone, disconnecting wifi and Bluetooth then going though the process again. Nothing works!!!!!!
