If you have Ray-Ban Meta glasses, this is the updated companion app you’ll need to do things like manage your glasses, import and share photos and videos, and more. The Meta AI app is required to support your glasses experience.

The biggest issue is battery drain. It's a serious battery hog. It drains 1% every 2 minutes--just running in the background (screen off). It also makes my phone really warm. If I had known the app would drain my battery so much, I wouldn't have bought the frames. The home screen is fairly useless, since they're just tutorials that you've already done when setting up the glasses. Deleting photos/videos requires too many steps.

complete trash!!!! do not waste your time or money on these. ive wasted countless hours, on trying to get my glasses to work as my phones reciever. they used to work, but like all tech junk, the updates from google killed it. and theres no workaround a fix from meta. ive asked for help and its like duh, did you restart your glasses!???yeah for the 30000 time!!!! now i cannot import videos, that used to work, but now it doesn't. junk!!!! back to my regular shades, and earbuds. in the garbage...

No clear way to start a conversation. The test modes provide a sample but there is nowhere to enter any text to respond back. Update: Restarting the app fixed it, kind of. It froze on first load, then it had no option of entering text or starting a conversation after selecting a username on second load, but 3rd time lucky. Update 2: chat works but no option to use voice as announced anywhere to be found
