Ratings and reviews

The app is good for chatting, calling, etc, but it crashes and lags if you send ONE too many photos/videos, and makes the app basically unusable. Also, sometimes when you call someone, you can not hear or see them. When this happens, they aren't muted, and their screen is black. This is a weird problem that has been going on for a while and hasn't been fixed despite me updating the app whenever I need to.

When I go to verify the account every time I get the same error, "Login Error. We were unable to log in your child. Try again?" I have been trying to get my son on for 2 days now, and it has been the most frustrating thing ever!!!! I have tried unistalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, changing permissions and settings etc. on both my phone and his tablet, but absolutely nothing works. Complete waste of time! This app is a joke!

Wish I could give it zero. Can't get past the login to connect to parent's account screen. Error says, please check your Internet connection and try again. I've tried everything to get it to connect. Updating app and operating system, rebooting, resetting, deleting cache, clearing storage, forgetting WiFi, airplane mode to reset network connections. Nothing works. So frustrating.
