Ratings and reviews

I've been using the app for years and love it, but now the rewards page will not load, and the pronunciation tasks do not work. When I try to record a phrase, it just stays stuck on processing and will not submit. I've tried rebooting, reinstalling, turning off Wi-Fi and VPN. Nothing helps the issue, and it's very frustrating, because I want my points. I emailed Viewpoints about this and have not heard back nor seen an app update. Please fix it!

So I'm not sure who else had issues with doing the pronunciation tasks recently. I feel like I totally got screwed out of that $5 payment opportunity. With my study points it would have been a $10 payment. The pronunciation task was almost expired by the time I discovered they fixed the processing recording issue. I started it, always finish them except this last one that didn't give the time due to it not working and being unable to complete the task. I think everyone should get the points.

This app has been fine for the most part. But I can't use it now because it's stuck on a loop where it keeps asking me to update, but when I go to Google play it's already been updated. Ok update: It was fixed and works great now. Great way to earn a few bucks every couple of weeks! Update: haven't been able load rewards in about several months. even after troubleshooting. please fix.
