This is a messaging app that uses Bluetooth and WiFi to send local messages. Devices will act as nodes to send, receive, and relay messages to create a mesh network. The main purpose of this app is to aid citizens to communicate to each other when WiFi or cellular networks become unavailable due to natural disasters.

If one device is connected to WiFi, messages will be uploaded to an API for IBM Watson to analyze. Watson will then notify potential aid workers for potential emergency situations for them to respond accordingly.
