Extremely disappointed & annoyed while in the midst of searching for items & placing my orders when suddenly you get the app crashing on you not once but many times. This problem has been ongoing for awhile & nobody bothers to rectify the issue. How is it possible to be making it convenient with an online app for the customer's end when nothing has been resolved.
Not user friendly at all. Keep having errors. N poor customer services provided by their hotline staffs, delivered expiring products to me when asked to exchange, staff said as long as it's 1day before expiry date, it's acceptable to them.
Not user friendly. There are options to select the needed quantity. However, they allow you to cart out. I.e I wanted to order 24 qty of Dutch lady milk. However, it only allows to place only at most 12 orders. This means I have to relogin to purchase the remaining 12 quantity .Please fix this issues thanks
Does not search easily. Always products cannot be found using search. Plse compare your app with Redmart's. Theirs is a lot better and much easier to use. Plse allow us to see our previous lists and to choose the items from these lists.
Keeps hanging and slow. Then the app will close for no reason. What's even more dumb is that when you finally select yhe products in your cart it tells you that it is out of stock. You have to manually remove one by one to find out which one is out of stock (it showa you some invalid product id and it doesnt delete automatically). It destroys the user experience. This should be an easy fix. I wonder how many customers you lose because of this. Mind boggling.
Unfriendly. Keep prompting some items out of stock but can't indicate what is out of stock. Have to remove item one by one to know what is out of stock. Very ridiculous.
