I have given the rating of only 1 star because the customer care service of the company is very disappointing. I booked my ticket from this app and tried to adjust my time of departure earlier but the customer care service turned down my request and said that the ticket is non refundable and non changeable. I have also travelled from other bus services like FMBT. They entertain this sort of request. A service with 0 flexibility would definitely fail at some point of time. So keep that in mind.

One of the worst app and service i ahve seen in my life. I booked online ticket after 50 mintues i call for refund they say if book through faisal movers app they do not refund after mintues of booking how they can say we don't refund. The other thing is that to the departure 13 hours are remaining. When i call for refund. Do not use this service and app for booking. I won not recommended this service to anyone.

No cancellation or change option in this app... I paid 8400/- rupees for 3 seats and requested to change the timing 4 hrs before departure but they refused.... Didn't change Nd didn't refund.... I got tickets again with additional payments
