The app is honestly a waste of time. It doesn’t show the available buses when I need to book a seat, and sometimes it doesn’t even display some routes. It’s very frustrating to use.

No cancellation or change option in this app... I paid 8400/- rupees for 3 seats and requested to change the timing 4 hrs before departure but they refused.... Didn't change Nd didn't refund.... I got tickets again with additional payments

Very poor ticket cancellation service. Customers are redirected to different numbers, making the process unnecessarily difficult. Not recommended for online ticket booking.
