I have given the rating of only 1 star because the customer care service of the company is very disappointing. I booked my ticket from this app and tried to adjust my time of departure earlier but the customer care service turned down my request and said that the ticket is non refundable and non changeable. I have also travelled from other bus services like FMBT. They entertain this sort of request. A service with 0 flexibility would definitely fail at some point of time. So keep that in mind.

Sania Express ( A Faisal Movers Subsidiary has started services from Rashakai Interchange. That's really appreciated, however Sania Express doesn't have any mobile app for schedule and advance booking. and Faisal Movers app doesn't support booking from Rashakai. The service is requested to kindly consider.

It's a terrible experience, if one wants to update the ticket, one will say go to bookkaro and then the application will lead you to only faisal movers numbers only. they should fire the guy who gave them this idea and develop such a terrible experience for them
