If you want a quick-to-load, simple, and easy-to-use bible app, this is it. It is excellent for sharing the gospel in various languages. The lightning fast speed lends itself well for apologetics. Audiobooks are included, and the text comes with note-taking, bookmark, and highlighting features. A download option allows you to use audio resources offline, and after signing in with Facebook, the text can be used offline too. If the Word is a sword, this would be the sheath on the belt of truth.

It is really an amazing app. Very easy to use. The menu is at the top left hand corner represented by 3 horizontal lines. From here just press on your selection and you are there. It is also an audio book that works very well. One of the things i like most about Giddeons pocket bibles is the section "In time of need" right at the front of the book. And it is the thing that stands out as most valuable to me. I was given one when I joined the service many years ago, and I used it frequently.

I have used the app for a week or so. I am pleased with it's design and layout. Seems to be very well thought out by the developers. Will update my review as I use it over time. So far my only request would be to add the NKJ and NIV translations. I did notice one thing. While exploring the app I selected different size fonts for viewing and when I selected a much larger size from a smaller some of the script (words) were superimposed on top of each other so as to be unreadable.
