If you want a quick-to-load, simple, and easy-to-use bible app, this is it. It is excellent for sharing the gospel in various languages. The lightning fast speed lends itself well for apologetics. Audiobooks are included, and the text comes with note-taking, bookmark, and highlighting features. A download option allows you to use audio resources offline, and after signing in with Facebook, the text can be used offline too. If the Word is a sword, this would be the sheath on the belt of truth.

I have to give a poor rating as this app was virtually unusable. The download and installation went fine, but the offline download for each book was nearly a full-time job, and it took forever to complete. After all the downloading was completed, I was able to pick and choose any book I wanted to listen to, and it worked great, but once I closed the app and tried to use it a second time it wou get stuck on the opening page and won't go any further. Unusable🤷

It is really an amazing app. Very easy to use. The menu is at the top left hand corner represented by 3 horizontal lines. From here just press on your selection and you are there. It is also an audio book that works very well. One of the things i like most about Giddeons pocket bibles is the section "In time of need" right at the front of the book. And it is the thing that stands out as most valuable to me. I was given one when I joined the service many years ago, and I used it frequently.
