As a law firm, AMU & Partners continues to strive to achieve excellence in meeting clients' legal needs by prioritizing a preventive, progressive and proactive approach. In providing legal services to the community and for the sake of the duties and responsibilities of the Advocate Profession, we are one of the Law Firms that does not prioritize Profit, especially for underprivileged communities. In providing legal services, we still apply 3 (three) payment systems, namely Lawyer fee, Operational fee and Success fee. This depends on the agreement in the Legal Services Agreement that we make with the client.
Apart from that, we really care about underprivileged communities by establishing the Legal Aid Institute "LBH DARMASRAYA". LBH provides legal assistance services for economically disadvantaged communities who need legal assistance, including mediation, consultation and pro bono advocacy.
