Ratings and reviews

It used to be really easy to use, especially to renew prescriptions. Now it's total chaos, getting to renew a prescription requires several steps - need to login every time itself requires several clicks and an additiona PIN (so what am i required to log in for??) - and to get to the prescription renewal option needs you to scroll and find it. Don't like this in the least.

App keep disconnecting my account even after setup fingerprint login, can't get notification when it does that, slow to open, please bring My Pharmacy back ! The previous app was way better. No prices were shown for pharmacy order. If you renew a prescription, you dont see what order you have in progress. And now I can't log in anymore ! I saw comments from a month ago with this issue, and it is still going on...

Removing another star. No more notifications or emails from the pharmacy to let me know when the prescription is ready. Unreliable. I liked the previous app much better. It served us better. Now it's all about upselling and marketing. Just getting your prescription renewed is a hassle. Boo.
