Only bad thing I can't stand is the app constantly being stuck on the loading screen. No matter if I'm on cellular data or wifi, every other day it just spins and spins and doesn't let me see anything. I know it's not a connection issue because all my other apps work with no issues. I've cleared cache and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix this!

My experience with the staff is excellent. Very professional and respectful. They had so much patience. (I'm a pain) The website is another animal. Has very little detail about the pricing product or payments. Awful. Reminds me of the old DOS SYSTEMS.

5 star store and staff but 3 star ap...maybe i did something wrong... I couldnt make it to the store before they closed today to make a extension payment on my loan, so I called to pay with debit card and paying over the phone isn't a option, I was told I could download the LaFamilia ap and pay that way so I downloaded the ap, but I wasnt able to set up a account to pay that way either, I will call in the morning but i'm a day late paying on my extension and i'm hoping my pawn is alright....

Due to the nature of account information in the app, we require that your email address be on record prior to enabling access to the app. This usually can be updated quickly by the store, but it must be open to do so.
