this app has worked for me for a year or so, then 1 day it wouldn't let me sign in. for 3 months in a row now, it keeps telling me my sign-in credentials are incorrect. it won't let me reseglt my password or anything. this app was so convenient for me, n now I've got to go into the store to make my payment. I wonder if it's been hacked or something. I do love the people in-store, but it drives me crazy that I've got to fight traffic in and out.

Only bad thing I can't stand is the app constantly being stuck on the loading screen. No matter if I'm on cellular data or wifi, every other day it just spins and spins and doesn't let me see anything. I know it's not a connection issue because all my other apps work with no issues. I've cleared cache and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix this!

App won't process my loan payment. Has worked great before but all of a sudden it bumps me out of the payment process every time I try. And it doesn't work with any of my cards on file.
