I downloaded it to buy tickets and they wanted to charge a 'convienience fee'. For what? It's a lot easier to have the person at the box office find the movie, date, time, and charge my credit card than for me than to do it myself. What the heck am I paying for? The app also crashes any time you click a link in the promo page. Waste of time. I uninstalled it shortly after downloading.

As someone who works at a theater, I strongly dislike this app for myself and customers. The subcription is awful. Sometimes it doesnt renew in time and the customer does not have Unlimited when they have already paid for it, or I hear it does not cancel when they want it to. The app is difficult for most to navigate, and using the point system sucks, especially with the computers we have. Hoping for a whole rework of this app

the 3 month subscription model is obnoxious, difficult to cancel, there's discrepancies between showtimes for the same theater on multiple screens, and i wish i could make certain upcoming films as "interested", so i could review my moviegoing options more efficiently. does what it has to, and is definitely helpful, but i would love a few optimizations and fixes.
