Help! My email and password work on the website but does not work for the app. I even changed the password but still won't work on the app but works online. Update: My issue still hasn't been resolved and I've received no help from devolper. Can someone please contact me!?
I disabled all notifications and still receive them. I don't care about promotions or specials or what's trending. The notices are annoying and occur at disruptive times. Can't turn them off. I finally got so tired of receiving them that I uninstalled the app.
Suddenly, I'm thrown out of the app. I'm able to login through Web but unable to login via app. Help!
Haven't been able to log in for over a week and no response to any of my inquiries. Used to work really well.

I really enjoyed buying the tickets quickly on the app and it's my fault not noticing the convenience charge until just now. $1.50 Is not worth that convenience. The multi movie reward, like Sony does not seem to work. I still like looking up the fun unique movie rewards.
