When this app lets users scan their Premier/bulk tickets as form of payment I'll gladly change my rating. What a simple obvious feature to be overlooked. Sadly even the ticket machines in the theater only take credit cards and you can't scan passes there either. So sad.
It won't let me buy tickets. I know my billing information on my card and the app is correct so why does it keep denying?? Super annoying when you're trying to reserve seats before you get to the theater. Totaly defeats the purpose.
I use to love this app and would totally give it five stars if there was a way I could exchange/return my movie tickets in the app. It's an inconvenience to have to do it at the theater. Besides that I love everything about the app.
It would be 5 stars but I can't currently purchase tickets. I'm getting an error any time I try to add a payment method.
Doesn't appear to have search capabilities and only shows times for top 3 or 4 movies. Very disappointed.
Won't let me advance to the next screen to buy tickets. Keep stating that I have no internet connection when clearly I do. Even when I use regular mobile data, still will not let me connect. Please fix
