Review from CrazyNaturekitty Live
I don't understand why they made this app. The website is so much better. You can search things up and you can add pages and info on the website. On this I can only look at what they give me and there are not even any pages of info just alerts about things. Also not a lot of topics either. I thought this would be helpful for the lag on my phone but no. I'm going to save my space for something ACTUALLY useful to me
January 25, 2018Hello, Thanks for giving the app a try and sharing your feedback! If you're looking for specific content from a wiki, the FANDOM app is probably not the right app for your purpose. But we have many community apps you may be interested in: http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Help:Community_Apps Please give them a try and you may find one you love!
I was looking up details about a particular show on the website and a popup asked me to download the app. So I did. There are some good animations and it looks cool, I signed in, added some "topics" of interest. So far so good. However I then started trying to find a way to get back to the content I was viewing on the site. No search option could be found. Searched through topics again. Theres a button at the bottom that gives me the option to submit a topic. I clicked it and it took me to my SMS app? I don't know why anyone would want to submit a topic really not sure why this button even exists. What I think was brave was releasing the app and marketing it without a search. Your probably better off making this a beta app until its got features users would expect. Or perhaps a disclaimer that it only has limited content to no search so people don't waste their time and have to write reviews like this.
Misleading advertising. I got this popup when I was reading a wikia. I download this expecting that this would provide a better experience than going on my browser to search up my favorite topics. But nope, this is essentially a toned down version of Reddit, but much more limited. Don't download this expecting that this will be better than searching up a wiki in your browser.
Needs a search option. If there is it isn't obvious like the rest of navigating the app. Piss poor, stinky kind
What's the point of downloading this app if you can't search for a specific wiki like on the site, I'm better off just adding a link to the launcher home page
There's no search bar! please add one. I am loyal to fandom online, it's been a big help on quests and I expected it to be the same on this app but no, it wasn't. I'm sorry but unless you change it, I'm uninstalling.
The UI for the end user, specifically functionality and navigation, is without a doubt nothing less than absolutely horrid. The 3 stars are kudos to getting this app actually published.
