Won't even load... A constant loading message.

Sorry SWT, I love the busses, the drivers, and the service but another fail in the app world. App froze when creating my account. Tried again and it said I had an account. Tried to log in and it said I needed to create an account. Not interested in trying that again for an app w 3 stars.

Not really worth the trouble anymore I see my reward points and a list of things I've done to earn points, however, I can't do a lot. For instance, it's advertised I can invite friends for points, but I spent over 15 minutes trying to figure out how to invite people and I'm pretty sure I actually can't. I also don't get points for Instagram. After trying it a few times weeks ago, I just stopped interacting with them on Instagram at all. At launch, prizes were better, but now they've not changed in weeks and not worth the effort.

Glitches I constantly get errors trying to check in that I'm not close enough to the event

Great idea, bad app I like the rewards, but the app is very slow, and I haven't gotten points for likes on Facebook or Instagram. I have waited longer than a day. It was hard to find support for technical problems too. When I clicked on the support tab, it forced me to install Outlook on my computer or not get the help I need. I emailed fanmaker about the problem, and they never replied. I am uninstalling it. I will reinstall it if you fix these problems.

Crashes every time Such an awesome idea and I was so excited to participate, but it crashes on my phone absolutely every time. Rawr.
