My experience of fantastic sams on great service was excellent. My rating is a three due to the fact that the app doesn't have actual prices it lists the service but not a tentative price range like $59.99 and up you know for coloring or cuts shampoo stuff like that. I believe the app should have prices instead of having to go there and read the prices on the wall you should be able to know the prices before you go to determine if you choose to go there or to go somewhere else

Only write 1 star or 5 star reviews...this app was fine for me until they updated it. It's trash. Deleted my profile and won't let me book appointments online. Whoever created this updated app needs to be kicked in the junk repeatedly.

Did a walk in and was greeted by Rose. Very very nice She fixed my hair from another cut. Excellent. Am going back for a color and another cut. I just found my beautician
