I think this is the first time I've ever given a review. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. If you contact them by phone it hangs up or tells you to go online. They have an emergency line that cost $30. Online they have an option to schedule a call a week away, live chat (which isn't a chat but a non working message you send them), or email. The prices are often higher than elsewhere as well so they aren't even worth using. Hard pass on this as a usable option.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We currently do have phone service by appointment and we're also available through order notes and emails. Sadly we receive more inquires than we're able to handle, but we try to respond in 24h. The emergency line is free of charge for orders with a departure in the next 48h.

If you are eligible for a discount with an airline, then call directly instead. When I put in the flight that I needed I thought I was getting a good deal but then realized that I was not after the fact. The app had counted my lap baby as an additional person to make the rate look great. I ended up paying more than I would have had I just called the airline first. Live and learn.

Starting from recent versions we are always showing prices per adult passengers and explicitly state the total price.
The old prices were indeed taking infant prices into account to help you find the best deals including the best children discount.

Positive: Easy to use and they provide all the necessary information for your flights, rebookings, and cancelations. Negative: They make it very difficult to pay for a family members flight if they don't own the creditcard being used, requiring you to fill out, upload documents and through other hoops. It's a headache and very stressful! I suggest you don't book flights last minute for family members if they don't own the credit card being used.
