The worst travel experiences in my life are with Fareboom. Costumer service is the worst, actually you can't even get in touch with them through phone if you need them. Only if your email is urgent they will reply through email, otherwise they say it depends. If you think that you are getting a good deal, think twice! Don't give them a second chance as I did. Never booking again with them. Don't even bother. To cancel a trip will cost you somtimes more MONEY than your ticket value.
