Awful! my account will pull up, but it never shows my credit card, so I can't "click on to my card" and pay my bill or use my rewards! It shows me my reward balance, but won't allow me to use them. when I first started with the online banking, it was amazing. But for the last 6 months at least, it sucks! I even downloaded the Farm Bureau app, and it does the same thing!

The app is difficult to navigate. It is difficult to find where to set up auto pay or even make a payment. You will think you have auto pay set up, however, ypu should double check because it may not be due the navigation difficulties. Plus, if you miss one payment Farm Bureau will lock your card.

I have always had a positive experience with farm bureau Bank. I have financed a car with them and other items. They have a lower interest rate and so far I don't have anything negative to say about them or their app. They are my favorite credit card.
