The app was fine until about a month ago. It's declining to pay my bills that I have been paying on line with my account for years!!! Not good at all!!! To top it off I can't even sign in now...., they're telling me my account can't be found!! It's no wonder the wait time to speak to anyone is 60 minutes, it seems everyone is having problems with this "Update". Please fix it!!!!

This new banking app and website is definitely a downgrade. Bill pay has been rendered almost useless. Ebill only works on one of my bills. The others that previously had Ebill now don't. One even isn't a digital payment anymore. It's payed with a paper check. I could do that myself. Don't get me started on the 2 factor authentication process. I'm seriously thinking of changing all of my daily banking to what was my secondary bank. Straighten this out Farmer's.

**Update- during the upgrade my Debit card was cancled. I know this because after trying to use it multiple time and calling customer service days later the branch told me it was cancled. Why? No one knows ! received a new card and cant activate it! I love that the new banking app as well as online banking can't find me or my bank accounts. Yes I called the support number. Hold time is 60 minutes plus. Love having no access to banking. more 1 star reviews vs 5 star. Tells you everything.
