Your app's very annoying. When I log in to my bank account with all the security on my phone but yet I want to transfer $1.00 from what account to the other and you ask me for the son of a blankety blank blank password again. It's just annoying.
App is easy to use, but sometimes it locks out on weekends or nights. The fingerprint function and quick balance is convenient but sometimes during non-business hours, the app won't let you sign in and will tell you to contact customer service.
Like everything I can do when the app works. It makes you change your password a lot which isn't great though. Also about once a month or more we have issues logging in where the entire app seems to crash or not recognize the username or password. Then have to call and bother someone about it fairly regularly. Not sure why this app has so many issues compared to any other banks apps we have used.
