System doesn't recognize user id I put my login id from dashboard and tried agent email no luck.
Can't even log in Very disappointing, doesn't connect to activation or whatever and won't accept my dashboard ID. If it worked I'm sure I'd have a difference in opinion.. but for now, no bueno.

Unable to connect to activation service... I'm having the same issue every other agent is having. I plug in my Dashboard user ID and get the following error message, "Unable to connect to activation service, please try again later." This has happened repeatedly over the past month. I called Farmers tech support for help and was advised of the standard protocol, uninstall the app and try again. Same thing. It's very frustrating when it's recommended to agents to use this app and it fails, that no improvements are made in a timely fashion.
What everyone else said. It's been a month and a half which should be plenty of time to fix a known issue. Very disappointed
